Interesting Shane McMahon sign spotted during WWE RAW amid AEW rumors

A fan brought an interesting sign to WWE RAW regarding Shane McMahon amidst rumors of him having talks with AEW. He has been the recent talk of the town for many reasons. First, he was rumored to have talks with All Elite Wrestling, and second, he was spotted with Tony Khan last week, possibly confirming the rumors.

McMahon wrestled in the Stamford-based promotion during the Attitude Era. He was known for his risk-taking maneuvers in his matches. He left WWE in October 2009 and made his blockbuster return on the February 22, 2016, episode of RAW. He then served as a General Manager for SmackDown. His last appearance in the company took place at WrestleMania 39, where he got injured during a bout with The Miz.

Last month, fans speculated that Shane McMahon might become AEW-bound after a certain rumor broke out. Recently, a photo of him talking with All Elite President Tony Khan broke the internet, making the possibility of him joining the Jacksonville-based promotion surreal.

On the recent episode of RAW after SummerSlam, during the opening segment, a fan held a sign that said, 'Shane O'Mac is #AllElite.'

Jim Ross shares his thoughts on Shane McMahon's picture with Tony Khan

Jim Ross has spoken in favor of the 54-year-old star joining WWE multiple times. He was seemingly surprised to see the viral photo.

While speaking on his Grilling JR podcast, the AEW commentator believed that Shane could add a lot of value to the product.

"If Shane could help us, help AEW, then Tony would hire him, and Shane would accept the offer. I had never seen that picture [of Khan and McMahon meeting]. That’s surprising. That’s pretty cool, actually. Shane, he could add a lot. He could do some physical things, within reason. He has great name identity. People who know he is. You don’t have to stop and explain, ‘This is Vince McMahon’s son.’ That goes without saying," he said.

It remains to be seen what is next for Shane McMahon and if he will really ink a deal with AEW.
