Jack Perry squashes debuting AEW star; puts his opponent in a body bag
Ahead of his match at All In, Jack Perry competed in singles competition tonight on Collision against a local talent. This ended up being a squash match, and he disrespected his opponent after the match.
The Scapegoat was last seen in the ring almost a month ago at Blood and Guts, where he was almost lit on fire while being tied to the cage. If not for Matthew Jackson quitting on his behalf, things could have been much worse.
Tonight, he faced off against Danny Orion, a Texas local, and ended up beating him in less than two minutes. After the match, he pulled a few objects from under the ring.
This ended up being a body bag, which he laid out in the middle of the ring, and a can of face paint. He sprayed the white paint on Orion's face before putting him in the body bag.
Next week, at AEW All In pay-per-view, Jack Perry will collide with Darby Allin. This past Wednesday on Dynamite, he increased the stakes for their match for the TNT Championship.
Perry wanted to beat Allin in his own game and make a statement win. He added a stipulation, making this now a Coffin match. With Darby's great track record in these types of matches, it remains to be seen how Jack Perry will fare.
