John Morrison lands awkwardly on his neck after an embarrassing spot on AEW show

John Morrison had an embarrassing spot on the latest episode of AEW Collision as he was seen landing awkwardly on his neck. This took place during the show's opening match, which was against Orange Cassidy.

Cassidy won the match after a few minor glitches from Morrison’s wife, Taya Valkyrie, who was on the sidelines. The former WWE star had some impressive moves during the match, and that should be expected, given that he is such an agile star.

The embarrassing botch occurred in the middle of the match John Morrison was attempting a standing moonsault. Orange Cassidy moved out of the way, and that saw the former WWE star land directly on his neck. However, he did not show any ill effects of it and brushed it off and got on with the match.

It is great that John Morrison did not sustain any major injury, given that he landed awkwardly on his neck. It is also impressive that he got up after that and pulled off a host of stunning moves that had the fans on the edge of their seats.

As for Cassidy, he will want to assert his dominance with this win and will be hoping to insert himself into a title picture in AEW.
