Last match of Chris Jericho feud teased for AEW Dynamite
AEW star Chris Jericho has become one of the hated personalities in the promotion. He and his The Learning Tree faction members, Big Bill and Bryan Keith, have been pestering stars for months. Recently, he has been after the current ROH World Champion Mark Briscoe.
The Sussex County Chicken is the leader of The Conglomeration, and the faction has been feuding with Jericho's stable for a few months. The Learning Tree had set his eyes on Mark Briscoe's title after the former pinned him last month on Collision in a Tornado Tag Team match. Things got more personal when the veteran mentioned Jay Briscoe's name in the feud.
The duo collided at the WrestleDream pay-per-view, where the champion retained after a great contest. Following the event, Chris Jericho immediately called out Mark and claimed that he cheated to win the bout. Later, on last week's Dynamite, AEW announced their rematch for the upcoming Wednesday, and the championship will be defended in a ladder contest.
Mark Briscoe sent a chilling message to Chris Jericho ahead of their high-stakes match. He claimed that the feud had gone too far after the latter talked about his family. He also stated that this rivalry could end after the match.
"It all started when this disingenuous prick hit me in the head with a baseball bat. I whooped his f*****g a** as promised. Now he done took it too far and don’t know when to quit… CONTINUALLY disrespecting my family by letting my brother’s name come out his dirty a*s mouth on some insincere s**t…Wednesday night it’s over for you Jericho," he wrote.

Chris Jericho's contract is expected to expire in 2025
The Ocho was the inaugural AEW World Champion in 2019 and has been one of the top names since then. The star signed a three-year contract extension with the promotion in 2022, which means his deal will expire in 2025.
While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Chris Jericho revealed that he will enter one of the biggest contract years of his career.
"I'm about ready to go into my biggest contract year ever. That's one of the things I laugh about when people are like, 'Jericho just has to be on TV.' I don't have to do anything," he said."
It will be interesting to see who will walk out as the ROH World Champion on Wednesday.
