Details regarding an upcoming annual AEW event have just been disclosed this weekend on Collision. The show's date and location have now been revealed. This would be this year's edition of Winter is Coming.
The promotion often holds special episodes of its weekly shows. The annual Blood and Guts and Grand Slam are among the more popular editions of these shows. This will be one of the more awaited shows to end the year apart from the last two remaining pay-per-views: Full Gear and Worlds End.

It mentioned how this will be taking place on December 11 at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. There have yet to be any announcements regarding matches that could take place. It remains to be seen whether the show will once become a three-part special, continuing on Rampage and Collision.
The official poster for this has also been revealed, which can be seen below.
One of AEW's highly-awaited tournaments is set to take place soon
AEW has been advertising the second edition of the Continental Classic, which is set to begin in almost a week. Last year's edition saw great feedback from the fans as they got to see several dream matches during the round-robin tournament.
This year's edition is set to take place starting on the November 27th edition of AEW Dynamite. The competitors joining the Blue and Gold Leagues have yet to be announced, apart from the Continental Champion himself, Kazuchika Okada. His title will be on the line throughout the entire tournament.
During last year's Winter is Coming, four matches from the tournament took place on the show, featuring competitors from both the blue and gold leagues. The highlight of the night was the first-time-ever matchup between Jon Moxley and Swerve Strickland.
Seeing as the tournament will begin soon, fans can expect possible announcements regarding the competitors in the coming week.
