Malakai Black sends a cryptic message to former WWE star: “I have been sitting still and idle for so long”

Malakai Black had an intense message for a former WWE Superstar on AEW Collision. The star in question is Adam Cole.

Last week on AEW Dynamite, Adam Cole made his in-ring return after over a year and defeated Buddy Matthews. After the match, Malakai confronted Cole from the shadows. The match between Adam and Black has been made official for Dynamite this coming Wednesday.

Meanwhile, during the latest episode of Collision, Malakai Black delivered an intense backstage promo, sending a message to Adam Cole. The Dutch star said the following in his promo:

"Idle hands do the devil's work, you've heard that phrase Adam (Cole)? It means for those who sit still too long they are more prone to do bad or evil things. And I have been sitting still and idle for so long that I have become a shadow. You and I are becoming relics of an era bygone."

Black went on:

"Well maybe I want you to be the person to end all of this for me to silence these things that I have in my head, maybe I want you to muffle the noises. Because if you don't, I'll drag you down so deep that the blackest black will not compare to what I'll show you." [0:09 - 1:02]

It remains to be seen who walks out victorious on Dynamite this Wednesday.
