Mark Henry seriously disappointed with top AEW star's booking - "Let him go and work, man"

WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry wants AEW to book a top star properly. The name in question is none other than Kazuchika Okada.

The Rainmaker was one of the biggest free agents to come to AEW earlier this year. Kazuchika Okada shocked the world after aligning with The Elite following his arrival. In the same month of his debut, Okada dethroned Eddie Kingston to win the Continental Championship. The NJPW veteran has taken on an interesting character since then, where he uses some slang words in English, which gets great pops from the fans.

In the recent edition of the Busted Open podcast, Mark Henry claimed that Kazuchika Okada was one of the best wrestlers in the world, but All Elite Wrestling has damaged his credibility by giving him this new character. He encouraged the promotion to let him work as he is an amazing performer.

"[Kazuchika Okada] was one of the best wrestlers in the world, top 5, and now you have him delegated to saying 'B****' to pop the crowd. Let him go and work, man. That dude is amazing."

The World's Strongest Man wanted the fans to feel what they were in for after hearing Kazuchika Okada's entrance theme before his match.

"I want to hear the coin drop and people say, 'Oh man, it's about to go down,' not people hearing the coin drop and saying, 'Oh boy, here we go.'" [H/T: WrestlingInc]

Kazuchika Okada will be in action on the upcoming episode of AEW Collision

The Rainmaker will be competing in his first Continental Classic tournament this Saturday on Collision. He is set to face AEW TNT Champion Daniel Garcia, who bagged a huge title victory against Okada's stablemate Jack Perry at Full Gear.

Kazuchika Okada and Daniel Garcia's match is set to headline this week's AEW Collision and will be part of the Blue League of the Continental Classic tournament. The Rainmaker will have to put his Continental title on the line in the tournament as per the rules.

We will have to wait and see how far Kazuchika Okada advances in the Continental Classic tournament.
