Mark Henry urges for AEW star to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame
Former World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry wants to see AEW's Paul Wight get inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Henry received the prestigious honor in 2018.
Paul Wight was known as The Big Show in WWE and was one of the top stars in the promotion during his 22-year career. He held the World Championship multiple times and even held the Tag Team Title alongside legends like The Undertaker, Kane, and Chris Jericho. Wight is currently away from in-ring action.
On X (formerly known as Twitter), Mark Henry agreed with a user mentioning that The World's Largest Athlete should be in the WWE Hall of Fame.
"You da*n right he should," Henry tweeted.

Mark Henry left AEW earlier this year and was recently in attendance on an episode of Monday Night RAW. It will be interesting to see whether Paul Wight follows suit and makes an appearance on the Stamford-based promotion's programming.
WWE veteran Paul Wight recently spoke about his retirement plans
Paul Wight (fka The Big Show) shocked the world by joining AEW in 2021. The veteran has wrestled occasionally for the promotion since then. Amid much speculation about his pro wrestling future, Wight recently revealed his retirement plans.
In an interview with Fightful, Paul Wight said he wanted a retirement tour like Sting in All Elite Wrestling. He then joked about moving to New York to become a "world-famous playwright" after his retirement.
“I kind of want to go out like Sting did, have a nice little run, have some great matches, work with some of this amazing young talent we have in AEW, and then slide out. That goal accomplished and then I’ll move to New York and become a world-famous playwright. That’s a joke because I can’t spell.” [H/T: Ringside News]
Fans will have to wait and see whether Paul Wight hangs up his boots in All Elite Wrestling or returns to the Triple H-led promotion for a final run.
