Massive announcements made for the final AEW Dynamite before Full Gear

AEW is less than a week away from its sixth annual Full Gear PPV. Before the big event arrives, Tony Khan will present the Dynamite go-home episode on Wednesday with the final build to the pay-per-view. New details on plans for next week's show have been revealed.

All Elite Wrestling will make its debut at Santander Arena in Reading, PA on Wednesday for the final tapings before Full Gear. The 268th Dynamite and the 172nd Rampage episode will be shot that night. AEW previously announced two big matches for Wednesday: World Trios Champions Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli facing Orange Cassidy, and Darby Allin respectively in singles bouts.

AEW has announced a big All-Star Eight-Man Tag Team match for the final Dynamite before Full Gear. The Don Callis Family's Konosuke Takeshita, Kyle Fletcher, Brian Cage, and Lance Archer will battle against Will Ospreay, Powerhouse Hobbs, Mark Davis, and Ricochet.

"Big Boom!" AJ of The Costco Guys will also be on Dynamite this week. It wasn't clear if his son, Big Justice, will be with him. The elder of The Costco Guys is set to face QT Marshall on the Full Gear Zero Hour pre-show, so it will be interesting to see what the veteran indie wrestler might have to say on Wednesday's go-home show.

The AEW women's division will also be represented on Dynamite as Kris Statlander takes on Hikaru Shida. This is just the second-ever singles bout between the two after the former defeated the latter on Dynamite in December 2019.

Statlander is set to challenge Mercedes Moné for the TBS Championship at Full Gear, which comes after The CEO retained her title over Shida at All Out in September.
