Mercedes Mone sends a message after winning another title outside AEW

Mercedes Mone has been one of AEW's most important signings in recent years. She is the reigning AEW TBS Champion and one of the company's heaviest hitters. From 2012 to 2022, she was a WWE star, and her ring name was Sasha Banks.

Mercedes Mone's time in All Elite Wrestling has been excellent so far. Not only does she hold the TBS Title, but she is also the RevPro Undisputed British Women's Champion. Additionally, since she won the 2025 women's Owen Hart Cup, she is the rightful owner of the tournament's championship belt. Until yesterday, she possessed four belts. However, a few hours ago, she won her fifth title, making her "5beltsMoné."

The CEO recently wrestled for a European promotion called EWA. At EWA Pratercatchen, Mone locked horns with Lexa Valo and Mila Smidt in a Triple Threat bout. She won this showdown with conviction, which made her the new EWA Women's Champion. Furthermore, after winning this title, she went to X (fka Twitter) to ask her followers about her next preferred destination to win gold.

"Where should the #Monétrain go next? 🛂 #5beltsMoné"

Mercedes Mone was going to lock horns with AEW star Kamille, but Tony Khan pulled the plug

Kamille made her All Elite Wrestling debut last year. She was in an alliance with the former Sasha Banks. However, this partnership ended within a few weeks because, according to Fightful Select, Tony Khan decided to end this storyline because he thought the two wrestlers were not a good pairing. Furthermore, even though the CEO was prepared to battle the former NWA World Women's Champion, Khan canceled every possibility of this.

"It was believed that Tony Khan didn’t feel like the Mercedes partnership was working. It was clarified by a number of sources that Mercedes was willing to work with Kamille and do a match, but that didn’t happen,” the report mentioned. [H/T: Fightful Select]

Mercedes Mone will lock horns with Timeless Toni Storm for the AEW Women's World Championship at All In. There is in fact a strong possibility that she will win this match.
