MJF unveils auction of legendary wrestling gear
MJF has just announced that there will be an auction of the wrestling gear he used in one of his most popular matches over the past year. This would be when he faced off against Samoa Joe at Grand Slam 2023.
The match saw Friedman have one of his toughest title defenses during his legendary run as the longest-reigning AEW World Champion. This was one of the times when it looked like his time as the champion was coming to an end, only for him to barely escape with a win. He eventually ended up losing to Joe in their rematch a few months later.
On X/Twitter, MJF announced that he had partnered up with Goldin to conduct an auction for his in-ring gear. The auction would be for his custom-made Global Wrestle Wear Jacket and Trunks that he actually used during the match.
"Listen up to @the_MJF! Presented is a custom Global Wrestle Wear Jacket and Trunks used by All Elite Wrestling and AEW World Champion, MJF, Maxwell Friedman! This outfit was worn on Sept. 20, 2023 during his victory over Samoa Joe."

MJF revealed he's getting paid a lot of money for an appearance outside of AEW
Recently, The Wolf of Wrestling was booked for an event on the independent circuit where he'll be facing off against QT Marshall. This was a rare occurrence for him as his last indie match was back in August when he brought the International Championship to RevPro in the UK.
He broke his silence on the matter, as he revealed that he was given an "unhinged" offer to make an appearance. Friedman has not competed in-ring in any capacity since All Out in September where he stole a win from Daniel Garcia. He recently made his return at WrestleDream last month and is in a feud with Adam Cole.
"Unhinged amount of money," he wrote.
The last time Friedman was on the independent circuit, he was confronted by Will Ospreay. It remains to be seen whether any shenanigans will take place this time around.
