MJF went limp and might have suffered a legitimate injury on AEW Dynamite, says WWE legend
WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray (fka Bubba Ray Dudley) believes that former AEW World Champion MJF legitimately injured himself on the most recent episode of Dynamite. Max apparently suffered the injury during a brawl this week on the show.
On the most recent episode of AEW Dynamite, Rush squashed Deonn Rusman in a matter of minutes and attacked him even after the end of the bout. Nonetheless, Maxwell Jacob Friedman came out to settle the score with Rush after their brawl last week. This week, the two traded blows throughout the arena and backstage.
Meanwhile, Bully Ray thinks MJF might have injured his hand during the brawl with Rush on Dynamite this week. Speaking on the Busted Open Radio, Ray stated that Max was limp during the brawl and might have hurt himself.
"At one point during the brawl, it looked like Max hurt his hand and I guess I was right because later on in the night they showed Max backstage I believe during the main event with ice in his hand, whether he was working or not I am not sure, I think he legitimately hurt his hand 'cause I saw him go limp in the segment during one of the pull apart." MJF booked for a major match next week on AEW Dynamite
Maxwell Jacob Friedman made his blockbuster AEW return months after losing his World Title at the Worlds End Pay-Per-View. Ever since his return, The Salt of the Earth has been involved in a feud with the Lucha Libre star Rush.
MJF took major shots at Rush last week on Dynamite and the segment turned into a brawl. Meanwhile, after another scuffle this week, the two are set to lock horns on the upcoming edition of Dynamite.
Moreover, fans were expecting that Max would take on Rush at the upcoming Forbidden Door PPV. It remains to be seen how the story plays out between them next week.
