“Not too late, is it?” - Bryan Danielson teases new Blackpool Combat Club member
The Blackpool Combat Club (BCC) was established in 2022. Their first members were Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, and manager William Regal. Eventually, Wheeler Yuta and former WWE United States Champion, Claudio Castagnoli joined this stable.
Interestingly, the future of former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley with this faction is uncertain. He recently formed an alliance with Marina Shafir and, with her, he has been wreaking havoc backstage. In last week's episode of Dynamite, as well as this week's, the Moldovan-born AEW star brutally attacked several AEW security staff. It hasn't been revealed if the Lunatic Fringe is still a part of the Blackpool Combat Club, however, fellow member Bryan Danielson teased the joining of Kyle O'Reilly into the stable.
Danielson, who currently holds the AEW World Championship was on the commentary team for the Dynamite main event match between AEW World Trios Champions, PAC, Claudio Castagnoli, & Wheeler Yuta and AEW International Champion Will Ospreay & The Conglomeration’s Kyle O’Reilly & Orange Cassidy. During this showdown, the American Dragon revealed that former NXT Tag Team Champion, Kyle O’Reilly, would fit in BCC like a glove.
"Kyle O'Reilly would've been a great fit for the BCC. Not too late, is it?”
Bryan Danielson will defend the AEW World Championship at All Out
At All Out 2024, Bryan Danielson will defend his newly won AEW World Championship against the "Scapegoat" Jack Perry. Perry currently holds the AEW TNT Championship and has a chance of becoming a double title holder at the upcoming pay-per-view.
Danielson won the above-mentioned title at All In last month, by defeating Swerve Strickland in a career vs. title match. Had he lost, he would have never wrestled again.
All Out 2024 will be held on September 7, 2024, at Now Arena, Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
