Renee Paquette may be forced to walk out on Jon Moxley due to one big reason, predicts WWE veteran

WWE veteran Bully Ray has predicted that fans could see Jon Moxley and his wife Renee Paquette have a nasty spat on AEW TV amid the Blackpool Combat Club drama. He discussed a hypothetical scenario that may play out in the coming weeks.

Jon Moxley won the AEW World Championship after defeating Bryan Danielson at WrestleDream 2024. He is now dominating the company with the help of his BCC stablemates, taking down anyone and everyone who is daring to challenge his team.

The Purveyor of Violence and Marina Shafir have been seen together a lot since the former returned from a brief hiatus earlier this year. On Busted Open, Bully Ray predicted that the heel duo's partnership could force Renee Paquette to walk out on her husband due to jealousy.

"I would advertise a sit-down face-to-face. Renee Paquette to interview Jon Moxley. Renee can't even get out the first question because she's so distracted by Marina Shafir standing there. And eventually, Renee is able to get it out, and Jon answers. And he answers very (...) one-word answers. And eventually, Renee has to say, 'You know what? Can we stop these cameras rolling? I can't do this.' And the cameras stop rolling." [H/T: WrestlingInc.]

Bully Ray predicts who might stop Jon Moxley

So far, whoever has tried to stand against Jon Moxley has been destroyed by the Blackpool Combat Club. On the same episode of the Busted Open podcast, Ray predicted that Eddie Kingston might return to put an end to Moxley's wrath.

Ray said the potential angle between Moxley and Renee Paquette would make fans hate the AEW World Champion even more. The Hall of Famer felt this could in turn pave the way for Kingston to return and save Paquette and the locker room from The Purveyor of Violence.

"How do we make Jon Moxley so hated that Eddie Kingston is the savior? Who's the conduit between Moxley and Kingston that Moxley could take his frustrations out on? His wife [Renee Paquette] (...) Now, you have hatred. Now, if in your scenario Kingston comes back and he's the savior, now, they'll want to see Kingston kill Moxley." [H/T: WrestlingInc.]
