Ric Flair reacts after wrestling legend Kevin Sullivan passes away

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair recently reacted to Kevin Sullivan's passing at the age of 74. The veteran was known as The Taskmaster and was a huge name in the 80s.

The legend worked in several wrestling promotions, such as NWA, WCW, and ECW, and captured gold. He was unfortunately involved in a major car accident earlier this year which led to him being hospitalized. Earlier today, Sullivan's long-time friend Barry Rose announced his passing at 74.

On X (formerly known as Twitter), Ric Flair, who also had a great bond with The Taskmaster, reacted to the passing of the WCW veteran:

"I Am So Saddened To Hear About Kevin Sullivan’s Passing. Rest In Peace Kevin! You Were An All Time Great Athlete & Friend," he wrote.

WWE CCO Triple H also reacted to the passing of Kevin Sullivan

Triple H is the head of creative in WWE and has shown his incredible creativity with Monday Night RAW, SmackDown, and even the NXT brand. The Taskmaster also knew a lot about booking a show as while being an in-ring performer in WCW, he also influenced the creative team.

He was promoted to the head booker of WCW in 2000 and helped many other independent promotions after WCW went out of business. On X (formerly known as Twitter), Triple H reacted to the passing of the WCW veteran while lavishing praise by calling him one of the most unique minds in professional wrestling.

"Kevin Sullivan had one of the most unique minds in the history of our industry, pushing creative boundaries and developing some of the most intriguing characters to step into the ring. He had an unwavering passion for what we do. My thoughts are with his family, friends & fans," Hunter wrote.

Wrestling fans will remember The Taskmaster for his incredible creativity in and out of the squared circle.

We at Sportskeeda extend our condolences to Kevin Sullivan's family and friends.
