Ricochet puts out a surprising message after The Hurt Syndicate reject him on AEW Dynamite
The former WWE Intercontinental Champion, Ricochet, shared a seemingly delusional message after getting disrespected by The Hurt Syndicate. The segment took place on AEW Dynamite this week.
On AEW Dynamite: Holiday Bash this past Wednesday, Ricochet showed up to talk about his campaign in the ongoing Continental Classic Gold League with Tony Schiavone. He also asked Schiavone about his new look in a suit before getting interrupted by The Hurt Syndicate.
As soon as MVP, alongside Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin, entered the ring, Ricochet seemingly tried to impress them by telling them about his performances in the ongoing Continental Classic. However, MVP had none of it as he asked the former WWE Superstar to show him the business card of the Syndicate that was given to him a few weeks ago.
MVP snatched the card from Ricochet's hands while Lashley grabbed his neck. He also tore apart the business card and disrespected Ricochet before he left the ring. Meanwhile, The Future of Flight broke silence on what went down between him and the Syndicate on Dynamite: Holiday Bash.
The former WWE Superstar took to X (fka Twitter) to share a surprising message claiming the Syndicate members are his homies despite getting rejected.
"Ya'll looking at it wrong. That's the homies. They ain't beat me up, did they? They're just looking out for me. They like me. 😎"
The Hurt Syndicate laid waste to multiple AEW stars
On AEW Dynamite: Holiday Bash, The Hurt Syndicate member, Shelton Benjamin, defeated The Beast Mortos in the Continental Classic Blue League Match to secure his second win in the tournament.
After the match, MVP and Bobby Lashley came out and attacked The Beast Mortos. The group also laid out top babyfaces, Daniel Garcia and Mark Briscoe, after they entered the ring.
Thus, the Syndicate stood tall, as they do on most occasions. Only time will tell what's next for the dominant faction.
