Roderick Strong reacts to family's painful revelation on AEW Dynamite

MJF made several vicious remarks about his Full Gear 2024 opponent and his childhood experiences on the latest episode of AEW Dynamite. The latter, Roderick Strong, responded to The Wolf of Wrestling on the same show.

Stepping out of a sports car in front of an unknown building outdoors, MJF addressed Roderick Strong, bringing up the latter's difficult childhood, and even evoking the traumatic incident of his mother shooting his father when he was a kid. Friedman attributed The Messiah of the Backbreaker's loyalty to Adam Cole to Strong's childhood trauma, drawing a personal parallel between himself and Strong.

However, the former AEW World Champion, who was betrayed by Cole and brutalized by Strong and The Undisputed Kingdom last year, promised to hurt the 41-year-old star in their match at Full Gear 2024 to exact a measure of revenge on The Panama City Playboy by causing pain to his friend.

Later on the same episode of Dynamite, Strong, along with Matt Taven and Mike Bennett, was interviewed by Tony Schiavone. The former AEW International Champion fired back at MJF, criticizing him for disrespectfully referencing his past, and calling out The Salt of the Earth for his sense of entitlement and manipulative personality.

In conclusion, Strong vowed to pay Friedman back for his own past actions and leave him humbled at Full Gear. It remains to be seen whether he will be able to pick up a huge win over MJF this Saturday.
