"Something terrible" might happen in the main event of AEW WrestleDream 2024

One of the most awaited matches at the upcoming WrestleDream Pay-Per-View is the AEW World Championship match between Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley. If Moxley wins, he will become the World Champion for the fourth time and The American Dragon will quit being a full-time wrestler.

The implosion of The Blackpool Combact Club has been heartbreaking to watch. On one side is Danielson, and his apprentice Wheeler Yuta. Meanwhile on the other side are Moxley, PAC, Claudio Castagnoli, and Marina Shafir. The leader of The "Yes!" Movement was brutally attacked by Mox and Co. at All Out 2024 and kicked out of the stable. Leading up to their title match, the former Dean Ambrose delivered a terrifying yet passionate promo. Most importantly, he said that "Something terrible" was going to happen at the upcoming event.

"AEW was the dream. For wrestlers. By wrestlers. Driven by the spirit of wrestlers and wrestling fans. The greatest sport in the world. And I look around one day around and I realise, AEW is like a ZOO. We have no idea of our true nature. Something terrible is going to happen," said Moxley.
