Swerve Strickland shares a three-word message after brutal loss in AEW All Out

Former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland finally broke his silence after suffering a brutal loss at All Out 2024. The star shared an interesting message on social media.

At the AEW All Out 2024 pay-per-view, Swerve Strickland and Hangman Adam Page had a brutal Unsanctioned Steel Cage match in the main event of the show. After a number of crazy spots, the match ended with Hangman knocking out Swerve with a devastating steel chair shot to his skull.

While Hangman Page was leaving the arena after his victory, Strickland was not able to move as the medical team was checking on him. The former AEW World Champion registered his first win in the blood feud with Swerve which has been going on since last year.

Swerve finally shared a message after the events at All Out. The former AEW World Champion took to X/Twitter to share a picture from his steel cage match against Hangman Page. Swerve wrote the following in his post possibly hinting at the two wins he has over Hangman in their feud:

"Will always have ✌🏾," Swerve wrote.

Update on Swerve Strickland's status after AEW All Out

Swerve Strickland has undoubtedly carried All Elite Wrestling as one of the top guys since the beginning of this year. After his loss at All Out, fans have been wondering what's next for the former AEW World Champion.

On the recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Swerve is expected to take time off after All Out:

"I heard a long time ago that Swerve was going to sign the contract and get some time off, and this was the angle," Meltzer noted.

Only time will tell what Tony Khan will have in store for Strickland after his TV return. It remains to be seen whether the feud with Hangman Adam Page will continue once he makes a comeback.
