Toni Storm to lose her AEW Women's World Title to 3-time WWE champion before All In? Exploring potential twist
Toni Storm is scheduled to put her AEW Women's Championship on the line at All In against Mariah May. But first, she will have to defend it against three-time WWE champion, Saraya (fka Paige).
This week on Rampage, the two-time WWE Divas Champion came to the ring to air her grievances about how the company has treated her unfairly in the past year. She stated that she won the AEW Women's Title at All In last year and lost it a while later but never got a rematch for the same.
She was also upset AEW has been leaving her out of major pay-per-views including the one happening at Wembley on August 25. As the former NXT Women's Champion continued to whine and complain, Toni Storm made an appearance and gave her an opportunity to win the chance to be a part of this year's All In.
The champion gave Saraya a shot at her title next week on Dynamite. If she manages to win, she could replace Toni and defend the gold at the upcoming event. However, this doesn't seem very likely as this would completely spoil the ongoing rivalry storyline between The Glamour and Timeless Toni Storm.
It took weeks to build the bitter feud featuring Toni and May. The fans are eager to see who will come out on top from this beef. Surely, AEW won't ruin the rivalry for the fans.
Mina Shirakawa is heartbroken to see Toni Storm and Mariah May fight
Mina Shirakawa returned to TV on this week's Dynamite after being absent since Forbidden Door. On the show, she had a backstage interview with Renee Paquette, who asked her to comment on the Toni-May beef.
She stated that she was deeply hurt to see both of her friends turn into enemies. She also revealed that she hadn't talked to either of them in a while. Shirakawa added that she hopes this intense feud doesn't bring serious harm to anyone.
