Toni Storm pulls off a shocking twist in AEW

Toni Storm has just pulled a shocking move that was very uncharacteristic of her during her return to AEW Collision earlier tonight. Several members of the locker room were surprised by the turn of events.

Storm made her return earlier this week on Dynamite, coming out after Mariah May's successful title defense over Mina Shirakawa. Last night on Rampage, she made her in-ring return against Harley Cameron.

Tonight on Collision, she was also on the show as she scored a win over Shazza McKenzie. Upon her return, Toni Storm went back to her roots with her original gimmick. However, the situation seems to be more complicated as she seems to also believe she's back in 2022 when she first signed with the company.

Apart from suddenly announcing after the match that she was finally All-Elite, she also appeared backstage and ran into Thunder Rosa and Tony Schiavone who were in the middle of an interview. Storm acted as if she was new to the company and introduced herself to the two of them. She claimed that she was such a fan of theirs, and wanted to make their acquaintance.

Toni Storm seems to be going through an identity and personality crisis of some sort. It remains to be seen how this storyline will develop in the coming weeks.
