Tony Khan, Swerve Strickland and top AEW stars confirmed for major event
AEW has just revealed some major names who will be at one of their upcoming events, joining company President Tony Khan and former world champion Swerve Strickland. This would be for their Countdown to On Sale event for All In 2025.
It was previously announced that All In 2025 will take place on July 12 at the Global Life Field in Arlington, Texas. This would be the first time that the pay-per-view will be taking place in the United States, as the last two editions of the show have been held at Wembley Stadium in the United Kingdom.
The promotion has announced that several major names on the promotion will be at Global Life Field tomorrow night for an event open to the public. This will feature the likes of Tony Khan himself, Bobby Lashley, Mercedes Moné, Darby Allin, Thunder Rosa, Swerve Strickland, and the Costco Guys. All this can viewed as well on their official YouTube Channel.

AEW has hit a bump on the road regarding All In 2025
All In has been undeniably the company's most successful pay-per-view in terms of ticket sales. In their first edition of the show back in 2023, they amassed more than 80,000 tickets. This year's edition of the pay-per-view saw more than 50,000 tickets being sold.
A recent report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has mentioned how ticket sales for the stadium show have been slow so far, in comparison to previous shows in the past few years.
"We don't have a number past it was in the 2,000 to 3,000 range. It's early, but that also indicates not a ton of momentum. It's a reach when the company is drawing what they are to do a stadium that large. In 2019, it's a lock had they tried this, they would have sold 20,000 tickets first day and been a big success. Now it felt to me the idea of doing stadium shows is very difficult when you aren't selling out arena shows for the PPV events." [H/T - WrestlingInc.]
There is still around six months for the show and with more exciting developments for All In set to come in the next few months, there may still be a better ticket sale movement coming soon.
