Top AEW star reaches a huge milestone; sends a heartfelt message

A former champion in AEW has reached a big milestone in the promotion. The star sent a long heart-warming message on social media upon completing the milestone.

Will Ospreay officially signed with All Elite Wrestling last year at the Full Gear pay-per-view. He has been a top prospect in the pro wrestling landscape for years during his time in New Japan Pro-Wrestling and RevPro. The Aerial Assassin made multiple appearances at big All-Elite events even before officially signing the contract.

Since his official in-ring debut as a full-time performer at Revolution earlier this year, Ospreay has been putting up incredible matches regardless of the event. Meanwhile, it's been a year since Ospreay officially signed with Tony Khan's promotion.

The former International Champion took to X to look back on the year he has spent in AEW since his signing last year. Ospreay also vowed to become a headliner in the company:

"It’s been 1 full year being All Elite. My gratitude to this fan base, the roster and everyone that makes @AEW possible. Still so much more I want to accomplish in this company and have big goals to be the headliner one day. Thank you for having me."

The former AEW International Champion is set for a grudge match at Full Gear

The former AEW International Champion, Will Ospreay, was shockingly betrayed by his old friend, Kyle Fletcher at WrestleDream as he lost his title to Konosuke Takeshita. Following the betrayal, the animosity between Ospreay and Fletcher continues to build up.

Last week on Dynamite, Kyle Fletcher challenged Will Ospreay to a match at Full Gear. The match was later made official and is set to take place this weekend on the pay-per-view.

Ahead of Full Gear, Ospreay is set to team up with Ricochet, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Mark Davis to take on Kyle Fletcher and the Don Callis Family in an eight-man tag match. It remains to be seen what transpires this Saturday.
