"Twins" - Tony Khan posts rare backstage photo with AEW giant
AEW President Tony Khan shared a backstage picture with one of his promotion's giants, drawing comparisons to a popular movie. The 41-year-old shared the picture on his Instagram account.
The star in question is none other than Satnam Singh. The seven-foot-four-inch Indian giant became All Elite in 2021. Satnam made his debut for the Jacksonville-based promotion on the April 13, 2022, edition of Dynamite. He attacked Samoa Joe and aligned with Jay Lethal and Sonjoy Dutt.
Satnam's last singles match in AEW took place on an episode of Dynamite in May 2024. He was defeated by current AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson by DQ in that match. The Indian giant was last seen in a 16-man tag match at All In 2024 Zero Hour. Meanwhile, the 28-year-old was recently spotted with Tony Khan.
The AEW President took to his Instagram handle to share a backstage photo with Satnam Singh, drawing comparisons with a popular movie from 1988, 'Twins' starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. The movie was about tall and short twins.
"Twins 2024, @hellosatnam!" Khan wrote.
