Warning issued to AEW star after Tony Khan makes huge declaration

An AEW star posted a bold statement on social media after Tony Khan made a blockbuster announcement for Full Gear 2024. The talent issued a warning to none other than Konosuke Takeshita, who has been involved in a heated rivalry with Ricochet.

The Alpha won the International Championship at WrestleDream pay-per-view in a triple threat match against Will Ospreay and Ricochet. The latter has been after the champion as he didn't win the title fairly and used an assist from Don Callis Family. Konosuke has been colliding with the One and Only in recent weeks during tag team matches.

Tony Khan has added a tenth match to the Full Gear pay-per-view, with the event just a few days away. He recently announced that Ricochet will go against the International Champion at the show.

Following the announcement, The Alpha sent a warning on Twitter. Konosuke Takeshita said he would destroy the Highlight of the Night at Full Gear.

"You wanted this－Takeshita destroying Ricochet #AEWFullGear," he wrote.

Tony Khan recently praised Ricochet's AEW match

The One and Only recently faced Dante Martin in an exciting match in the November 15 edition of Rampage. The fast-paced match saw Ricochet pick up the victory.

Following the duo's excellent bout, Tony Khan took to Twitter to lavish praise on their encounter and said that the match between them 'was nuts'.

"Thank you all who watched Friday Night #AEWRampage tonight! If you missed it earlier, it’s on West right NOW! You won’t want to miss the great main event tonight, it was nuts! Dante Martin vs Ricochet vs Coming up SOON tonight on TNT West!" he tweeted.

It remains to be seen if Ricochet wins his first title in the Jacksonville-based promotion or if Konosuke Takeshita reigns as the International Champion at Full Gear.
