[Watch] Rising star calls his shot against Bryan Danielson in ominous promo
AEW star Bryan Danielson has made plenty of enemies since he joined the Jacksonville-based promotion in 2021, but he now seems to be attracting the attention of talent outside the company. The American Dragon was recently called out by 'The Bounty Hunter' Bryan Keith.
The Reality of Wrestling star has been putting in work on the independent scene and has competed in AEW a couple of times, most recently against The Blackpool Combat Club on the October 18 edition of Rampage.
Bryan Danielson mentioned Keith during his appearance at the AEW WrestleDream post-show media scrum on October 1. It seems that The Bounty Hunter got wind of the mention, and has set his sights on The American Dragon.
Bryan Keith uploaded a promo to his X (fka Twitter) account earlier today in which he praised Danielson's work, calling the 42-year-old the greatest wrestler of this generation. However, the promo turned dark when Keith adopted his Bounty Hunter persona, and made clear his intention to take Danielson out.

AEW star calls Bryan Danielson "one of the best people" he's met
It's clear that Bryan Danielson has had a major impact on AEW and its talent since signing with the company. Although he's known to be brutal and unforgiving in the ring, The American Dragon has taken it upon himself to train young stars like Wheeler Yuta and Jade Cargill, and he's even worked alongside Tony Khan in the creative department.
Danielson seems beloved backstage, so it's no surprise that AEW star Daniel Garcia recently lavished him with praise. Speaking on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, the young star called The American Dragon one of the best people he's ever met:
"Yeah, wrestling Bryan [Danielson] was the coolest thing ever. I mean we’ve had three singles matches. The last one was a two-out-of-three falls match at the Game of Thrones version of [Dynamite]. You know the whole crowd chanting my name after, chanting 'you’re a wrestler' which was really cool. Wrestling Bryan meant the world to me. I learned so much from him as not just a wrestler, but as a human. Bryan is one of the best people I’ve ever met in my life 100%."
Although his career seems to be winding down, it's obvious that Bryan Danielson will leave AEW in a better place than he found it.
