Wheeler Yuta decides to side with Jon Moxley’s faction after Blackpool Combat Club betrayed Bryan Danielson

Wheeler Yuta has finally addressed his current status in the ongoing events involving his fellow AEW World Trios Champions. He has decided to stand alongside the Blackpool Combat Club despite all that has happened between them and Bryan Danielson in recent weeks.

Following the events that took place at All Out, it seemed that Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, and Wheeler Yuta were not on the same page. Yuta was supposedly kept in the dark about the attack on Bryan Danielson, and he has yet to wrap his mind around the situation.

He was called out tonight by Claudio, PAC, and Jon Moxley as he was still one-third of the current AEW World Trios Champions. Alex Marvez was able to catch up with Wheeler backstage, where he revealed that he'll be around next week as he was not about to run away from his responsibilities as a champion.

Wheeler still clearly looks very out of it, and he may not be in the right headspace heading into next week. There have been questions regarding his in-ring work, but as he showed last weekend on AEW Collision, he can still hold his own in the ring despite recent events.

It remains to be seen how these three will operate next week in their first real title defense since winning the titles at AEW All In.
