Speaking on Sportskeeda's Writing with Russo podcast, Dr. Chris Featherstone questioned Vince Russo why Jericho remained loyal to Vince McMahon despite having issues with him. Russo claimed that WWE is the pinnacle which is why Jericho stayed loyal. However, Russo stated that McMahon never understood Chris Jericho's gimmick.
"I don't know, maybe it was important to him to please Vince [McMahon]. You know, I mean WWE and Vince McMahon, that's the pinnacle and maybe it was just important for Chris to please Vince but I just don't think Vince McMahon ever understood Chris Jericho.
