Will Ospreay seemingly dislocated his shoulder midway through the match; AEW doctor helps pop his shoulder back into the socket
AEW star Will Ospreay seemingly had an injury scare tonight. He looked like he had gotten his shoulder dislocated before medical personnel helped get his shoulder back into the socket during his match on Dynamite. He was slated to face MJF on tonight's edition of Dynamite.
A couple of weeks back, The Wolf of Wrestling decided to stand in Daniel Garcia's corner while he faced Will Ospreay. After he failed to capture the championship, MJF brutally attacked the young star, turning heel again.
The Aerial Assassin put his International Championship on the line this week after getting tired of MJF's tactics. The 250th edition of Dynamite opened with this exciting match. The brutal contest saw both the stars hit every move in their arsenal to keep their opponent down.
At one point in the match, Will Ospreay was seen holding his shoulder. The bout was paused for about a minute as doctors checked on the International Champion. A few moments later, the ringside doctor helped put his shoulder back in place. The Aerial Assassin continued to fight the battle while clutching his shoulder as he looked like he hadn't fully recovered from the injury.
It will be interesting to see if Ospreay has suffered any severe injury to the shoulder. It may be a huge blow for the company if the 31-year-old star is sidelined ahead of All In Pay-Per-View.
