Will Ospreay sends an "apology" message to Mercedes Mone before AEW All In
AEW star Will Ospreay recently issued an apology to Mercedes Mone ahead of the All In pay-per-view in London, England. Ospreay and Mone are scheduled to compete in massive title matches on Sunday.
The AEW roster is in London before All In at Wembley Stadium, and this Wednesday night's AEW Dynamite is set to take place in Cardiff. London's own Will Ospreay recently sent an interesting message to Mercedes Mone, who seemingly had a bad experience while having breakfast in the UK.
On X (formerly known as Twitter), Ospreay encouraged Mercedes Mone not to give up on English breakfast and said she was much better off going to Nandos.
"Dear @MercedesVarnado I can only apologise about your English breakfast. That was quite frankly an abomination of breakfast. But please do not give up hope on our breakfast there is great places out there. You’re much better off going @NandosUK," Ospreay tweeted.
Will Ospreay shouldn't be competing in 50-50 matches in AEW, according to Mark Henry
The Aerial Assassin arrived in AEW in February and has been having some of the best matches of his career. Will Ospreay is a former International Champion and recently lost the title to MJF in an hour-long match on Dynamite 250.
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda's Bill Apter, Mark Henry revealed how he would book Will Ospreay. He explained that Ospreay should be having three to five-minute matches instead of 50-50 bouts in All Elite Wrestling.
"If I own a company and I'm pushing Will Ospreay to be the man in my company, he's gonna have some damn three-minute matches. He's gonna have five-minute matches with some really good guys, but they can't hold a candle to him. He's gonna look like what he is, which is a million bucks. I don't feel like he's any different [due to his current booking]. He has too many 50/50 matches." [9:41 – 10:13]
Will Ospreay is set to face MJF for his American Championship at All In. It will be interesting to see whether The Aerial Assassin can regain the title at Wembley Stadium.
