Wrestler with The Undertaker’s symbol on his arm makes AEW Dynamite debut
A local star sporting WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker's symbol on his arm has just competed in his AEW Dynamite debut against a top champion in the company. This would be JD Ink facing Hook.
JD Ink made his AEW Dynamite debut earlier tonight. The indy star is a self-professed tattoo enthusiast and an ambassador for Inked Nomads, a tattoo and travel-oriented boutique and clothing brand. He was covered in tats, but one eye-catching piece on his arm was The Undertaker's Symbol.
This was your usual squash match from the Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil as he defeated his opponent within a minute. Hook began the match with a quick clothesline, then hit a bunch of suplexes before ending all of this with his Redrum submission hold.
This comes just one week before the FTW Champion's bout against Roderick Strong at AEW Grand Slam. Hook walked up to Strong and the Undisputed Kingdom at the commentary desk and is clearly unfazed heading into his title defense next week.
The 25-year-old has had his fair share of dealing with a numbers disadvantage as he recently clashed with Chris Jericho and his branches. With next week's match being FTW Rules once more, the Undisputed Kingdom may get involved.
It remains to be seen if his reign as champion will come to a quick end via the Messiah of the Backbreaker.
