WWE legend JBL appears unannounced at a major event to save former AEW star
WWE legend JBL, who has been making his presence felt on the independent circuit, recently appeared at a major event to aid a former AEW star. The star in question is none other than Brock Anderson.
Last night's MLW Fightland event saw a surprising appearance from WWE Hall of Famer JBL. The veteran interfered in the tag team match of Brock Anderson and CW Anderson versus Bomaye Fight Club (Mr. Thomas & Alex Kane). During the course of the match, the referee was taken out which allowed Bradshaw to hit a Clothesline from Hell on Mr. Thomas. Before leaving, JBL whispered something in Brock Anderson's ear which has led to much speculation from the fans.
JBL has been on a roll lately as he has appeared in several other promotions like AAA, TNA, and GCW over the past few months. On X (fka Twitter), John Bradshaw Layfield reacted to his appearance in MLW with an interesting quote.
"Another day. Another clothesline."
JBL reveals his relationship with former WWE President Vince McMahon was fantastic
Vince McMahon stepped down as the President of WWE in 2022 after allegations broke of his conduct. Many stars have spoken about their relationships with McMahon, including former WWE Champion John Bradshaw Layfield.
In a recent chat on the Bradshaw and Briscoe podcast, JBL revealed that Vince McMahon was good to him and his relationship with McMahon was fantastic.
"I have no idea what happened and what’s truth and what isn't and I'm not diminishing any of it. I'm just telling you about my personal relationship. That's all we can speak about. I had a personal relationship with Vince and it was fantastic. He was very good to me and very good to a lot of the old guys that he didn't have to be good to," JBL said. [H/T - WrestlingNews.co]
