WWE megastar Brock Lesnar's coach declared bigger threat in a wrestling ring

A former WWE name recently gave his thoughts on the former coach of Brock Lesnar, mentioning how apart from his expertise, he also remains a major threat in the ring. This would be Low Ki (fka Kaval) talking about Shelton Benjamin.

Almost three weeks ago, the faction showed up in full force for the first time, after the debut of Bobby Lashley. They have already made quite an impact on the promotion, with Shelton racking up several big wins, and the group already taking out Swerve Strickland.

While speaking on the That's Wrestling! podcast, Low Ki mentioned just how big of a threat The Hurt Syndicate would be. He mentioned that MVP could be hard to deal with when healthy, and Shelton Benjamin is someone with great technique and is in great health. He also noted that the Standard of Excellence was a much bigger threat.

“As a physical dude, about 250 [pounds] or so, [MVP] is going to be hard to deal with on a regular basis if he stays healthy. Then you got Shelton Benjamin. Shelton Benjamin is a college-level wrestler, coach for Brock Lesnar. His psychology and his technique, he’s maintained his health throughout his career, so he’s even more of a threat.” [47:11-47:32]

The former WWE Superstar also talked about Bobby Lashley's arrival

A few weeks after MVP and Shelton Benjamin arrived in AEW, Bobby Lashley made his debut, finally reuniting the former WWE faction, The Hurt Business.

In the same podcast, Low Ki talked about how Bobby Lashley would be someone that no one on the roster could deal with. He felt that only someone with a similar reputation and size could stand up to him.

He felt that the former WWE Champion should go after the world title, as he felt that it would be a waste of time for neither one of the members of the faction to do so.

“Now, if Lashley ended up over there, it would be a nightmare for everybody on the roster because there’s nothing anybody would be able to do about that unless they come from a pedigree like myself, or guys of their size. That’s going to be hard to come by, because instead of being in pro wrestling, all the guys of that size are going to fighting or other sports. So, to me, if neither one of them are going after the world title, it’s a waste of time.” [47:33-48:02]

The Hurt Syndicate individually had racked up several big accolades in WWE during their time there as The Hurt Business. Now in AEW, they look to do the same and remind people of just how dominant they can be.
