WWE not mentioned in AEW's official video tribute for Bryan Danielson; 18-time champion reacts

AEW recently aired a beautiful video package during Dynamite showcasing the career highlights of Bryan Danielson but the moments from his WWE career were not present in the package. A wrestling veteran reacted to the same as well.

The 18-time champion in question is Bully Ray (fka Bubba Ray Dudley). Bully has won several tag team championships alongside D-von Dudley during his time in ECW and WWE. Meanwhile, Bully Ray reacted to a great video package aired by AEW on Dynamite this past Wednesday.

Before the Dynamite main event this week, AEW aired a video package containing the career highlights of Bryan Danielson from his days in the independent scene, Ring of Honor, and current run in Tony Khan's promotion. Bully Ray praised the production of the video package and the choice of the song in the package.

Interestingly, AEW didn't mention or showcase any of Danielson's highlights from his legendary run in WWE. Speaking on Busted Open After Dark recently, Bully Ray commented on Bryan's tribute package not featuring his time in the Stamford-based promotion:

"Obviously, there's no WWE footage in the package, but I didn't feel that it needed it," Bully stated.

Bryan Danielson will fight in a career vs. title match at All In

Bryan Danielson has been on a roll lately as he ended up winning the Owen Hart Cup and earned the opportunity to challenge the AEW World Champion at All In 2024.

Ahead of his match against world champion Swerve Strickland, Danielson also put his career on the line for the upcoming event. Hence, the Wembley main event will now be a career vs. title match.

All In is only a few days away and it remains to be seen whether Danielson will be able to dethrone Strickland at Wembley in England.
