WWE star misses Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks): "Wrestling to me still feels weird without her"
A current top champion in WWE admitted that she still misses the current AEW TBS champion, Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks). The star says wrestling doesn't feel the same without Mone.
Bayley has been a top star in the WWE's women's division for several years. Furthermore, her friendship with the current AEW star and TBS champion, Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks), is still very strong despite both being in different promotions.
During a recent interview with Denise Salcedo, the WWE Women's Champion revealed how wrestling doesn't feel the same for her without her former tag team partner. She also explained how they still communicate with each other.
"I'm so excited to see [Mercedes Mone] take this to the next level, as much as I miss having her here. Wrestling to me still feels weird without her but it's like I have her in a different way where I can tell her what's going on here and what I need help with and what I'm trying to do to make it better over here and the same goes for her. So, it's kind of nice that we are able to help and grow in two different companies and separately. So, I think in a way it's kind of better you know." [From 03:09 to 03:38]

The WWE Women's Champion is proud of Mercedes Mone for taking the leap
Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks) made her big move by signing with AEW earlier this year. The WWE Superstar and Mone's friend, Bayley, also explained how she is proud of The CEO for taking a chance on herself and is excited to watch her as a fan:
"I am so proud of her just for taking that leap and taking a chance on herself, and she has so much and she has so much to offer the world, and there's just so much more that she's going to be able to do. I am really excited to watch and now I just get to be a fan you know, can't be her tag partner anymore but now I get to be a fan." [From 03:39 to 03:54]
Meanwhile, Bayley is currently preparing to defend her WWE Women's Championship against Piper Niven at Clash at the Castle this weekend. Only time will tell if The Boss 'n' Hug Connection will ever be seen together in the ring.
