The ROH World Television Championship is a professional wrestling secondary championship by Ring of Honor for its male superstars. Since Tony Khan purchased ROH in 2022, the title has also been defended on AEW programming. The ROH World Television Championship is currently held by Brian Cage.

ROH World Television Championship History
Ring of Honor was created in February 2002. It introduced a world championship later that year and a secondary championship named ROH Pure Championship in 2004. However, it merged the two titles in 2006 and was left with only the ROH World Championship. It introduced another secondary championship in 2010, named the ROH World Television Championship. While the ROH Pure Championship made its return in 2020, the World Television Championship also continued to be what it always has been - a great prize for the ROH wrestlers.
As the name suggests, it is defended on the weekly ROH programs and is akin to the AEW TNT and AEW TBS Championship. The first-ever champion was crowned via an eight-man tournament where stars like Colt Cabana, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn took part. It was Eddie Edwards who eventually went on to become the first-ever ROH World Television Champion.
