Absent AEW star was present backstage at this week's Dynamite - Reports
An AEW star who has been absent from Television for a notable amount of time was reportedly present backstage at this week's Dynamite.
The star in question is none other than Britt Baker, who last competed at the September 16, 2023, edition of AEW Collision. Baker challenged Kris Statlander for the TBS Championship in a losing effort.
Despite being absent from All Elite Wrestling, Britt Baker is without a doubt one of the top women in the Jacksonville-based promotion. Baker signed with Tony Khan's company in 2019 and debuted at the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view later that year. She is also a former AEW Women's World Champion.
According to a recent report by Fightful Select, Britt Baker, along with Pac and former WWE star Elijah Burke, were present backstage at this past week's Dynamite.
Britt Baker opens up about her absence from AEW TV
Former AEW Women's World Champion Britt Baker recently opened up after her long absence from Television.
In an interview with DS Shin on Ring The Belle, Britt Baker opened up about the challenges she faced while managing her in-ring career and practicing dental.
"It's weird when fans show up to my dental office," admitted Britt Baker. "They don't teach me that in dental school how to deal with fans coming into my office. So we've had some weird situations. My staff, they're great with handling it. They are. But you have to pick and choose those battles."
Baker also commented on her less TV time in 2023:
"If they are telling me they want [more] or less of something, okay, I hear you loud and clear. A lot of them said, 'We want less Britt Baker.' So, if that's what they want, that's what they'll get. Let me take a step back. Here are the rest of the women. Someone else take the ball and run with it, make the women's division about you, and you be the face of the women's division."
