AEW All In 2025 seemingly hits a snag - Reports
The 2018 independent show All In was instrumental in the eventual foundation of AEW. The Tony Khan-led promotion brought back the aforementioned event five years later at Wembley Stadium, a venue that the pay-per-view returned to in 2024 as well. All In 2025 will be held on US soil, although a seemingly disappointing update has emerged regarding ticket sales for the show.
It was in August this year that AEW revealed that next year's edition of All In will emanate from the Globe Life Field stadium in Arlington, Texas. The promotion announced last month that tickets for the show will go on sale for the general public on December 9. Furthermore, special "All Elite Experience VIP packages" - offering "premier seating," meet and greets with All Elite stars, and other perks - have been on sale since November 20.
Although anticipation for the July 12, 2025 pay-per-view remains quite high based on the success of its previous iterations, a recent report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter offered a disappointing update regarding ticket sales for next year's All In, claiming that the company has not yet distributed a significant amount of them. The report connected this to the promotion's relative slump in ticket sales as of late.
"We don't have a number past it was in the 2,000 to 3,000 range. It's early, but that also indicates not a ton of momentum. It's a reach when the company is drawing what they are to do a stadium that large. In 2019, it's a lock had they tried this they would have sold 20,000 tickets first day and been a big success. Now it felt to me the idea of doing stadium shows is very difficult when you aren't selling out arena shows for the PPV events." [H/T - WrestlingInc.]
AEW is currently laying the groundwork for its next pay-per-view
Besides announcing when tickets for All In 2025 will go on sale, AEW even held a Kickoff Party to promote the event last month. The company is currently developing the card for its upcoming pay-per-view, Worlds End 2024.
The December 28 show will stage the finale of the 2024 Continental Classic tournament and determine who will be the Continental Champion heading into the next year. The event may also feature matches involving Jon Moxley, MJF, and many more top stars.
