AEW reportedly planning big main event for upcoming show

AEW is now officially on the road to two of the company's biggest events of the year - All In and All Out. With several special editions of Dynamite coming up, officials are finalizing creative plans to carry them through the season. Sources are now revealing how a big match is being planned for later this summer.

Wednesday's Beach Break Dynamite will feature Forbidden Door fallout, plus the continuation of The Owen Hart Foundation Tournaments. The finals will then be held in Owen's hometown of Calgary on July 10. Dynamite will run North Little Rock on July 17, then the big Blood & Guts episode is scheduled for July 24 in Nashville. July will wrap with Dynamite in Greenville on the final day of the month.

AEW will present the 250th Dynamite episode on July 17, one week after The Owen Cup finals, and one week before Blood & Guts. A new report from Andrew Zarian of Beyond The Bell notes that officials are planning a "mega main event" for this special episode.

Sources said a "huge pay-per-view level main event" is in the works for Dynamite on July 17 at the Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas, but no details were provided. It was reiterated that this could change or turn out to be nothing special.

AEW will make its Arkansas debut on July 17, and Rampage will also be taped. Stars currently advertised to appear include Will Ospreay, Jon Moxley, Toni Storm, Daniel Garcia, Mercedes Moné, Willow Nightingale, Orange Cassidy, and Swerve Strickland.

Next AEW PPV will be All In

AEW and NJPW held the third annual Forbidden Door pay-per-view this past Sunday at the UBS Arena in Long Island. The next All Elite pay-per-view on the calendar is the second All In event for the company, and the third overall.

Two title matches are set to be finalized soon for All In. Toni Storm will defend the Women's World Championship against the winner of The Women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, while World Champion Swerve Strickland will defend against the winner of the Men's Owen Hart Cup.

The women's finals will take place on July 10 with either Willow Nightingale or Kris Statlander taking on Mariah May or Hikaru Shida. The men's finals will also take place in Calgary with PAC or Bryan Danielson vs. Jay White or the winner of tonight's match between Jeff Jarrett and the Wild Card entrant.

All In is scheduled for Sunday, August 25 at Wembley Stadium in London, England. They will be in Cardiff, Wales earlier that week for Dynamite and Collision tapings at the Utilita Arena.
