Some latest reports have provided backstage details on an angel from AEW Dynamite this week that has become the talk of the town. The report also reflected on why Hangman Page is not in jail for pulling off arson.

During Dynamite this past Wednesday, Swerve Strickland revealed that he bought his childhood home after signing a new deal with AEW. However, during the show, Hangman Page burned Swerve's house down with the latter screaming in the ring. Meanwhile, the latest report provides more details on the angle.

Fightful Selected reported that the arson angle was planned in advance even before Strickland signed a new deal. The report also stated that a small crew burnt the actual house under professional supervision.

The angle was reportedly planned for months and the All Elite roster was not aware of it, as some even congratulated Swerve for buying a house. Moreover, the angle was meticulously planned so Hangman could be viewed as a babyface leading into it. Furthermore, Hangman is not in jail as there aren't any charges against him because the angle was scripted.

The report concluded by stating that people within the company were very happy with how the angle was executed. Several talents present in Chicago also watched the entire thing unfold live. Moreover, the house that was shown in Swerve Strickland's video and the house that was burnt by Hangman Page were the same.
