After a source was asked what the former WWE personality was doing there, they answered that he was “being Jimmy.”
Jimmy Jacobs worked closely with former WWE star Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho has been on a roll ever since he adopted The Learning Tree gimmick, reinventing his on-screen character yet again. He has seamlessly transitioned into a despised heel, feuding with names like Hook, Samoa Joe, and Mark Briscoe.
It was recently reported that Jimmy Jacobs was working closely with the former world champion behind the scenes.
Many fans believed that The Learning Tree was Jimmy Jacob's brainchild but Fightful Select reported that it was partly the case. They mentioned that while Jacobs was working closely with the AEW star, he didn't come up with the the idea.
The outlet also reported that Jacobs was not familiar with how things worked in AEW, but he was more than willing to learn from the people that were above him and help deliver a great product. It will be interesting to see what is next for Jacobs in pro wrestling.
