Massive speculation on Bryan Danielson’s in-ring return for AEW All In 2025
The latest report speculated on Bryan Danielson's possible return to the ring for AEW All In 2025. The star has confirmed that he will be attending the show.
Bryan Danielson announced his retirement from full-time wrestling after losing the AEW World title to Jon Moxley at the WrestleDream 2024 pay-per-view. Fans have been hoping to see The American Dragon in action since he was away. He recently showed up at the All In: Texas 2025 media event along with other big names.
Danielson confirmed that he will be at the event but gave no indication of whether he will compete on the show. Meanwhile, according to the latest report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, if Danielson has to undergo neck surgery, he is unlikely to be ready to make an in-ring return for All In 2025.
The report also noted that if Bryan could avoid the surgery and opt for other treatments, such as stem cell treatment, The American Dragon could possibly make an in-ring return for the big event.
Bryan Danielson on the possibility of him ever wrestling again
In a recent interview with Denise Salcedo, Bryan Danielson stated that he is trying to avoid surgery and that it's the last resort. The American Dragon also noted that the possibility of him ever wrestling again is 50/50 as of now.
"I'm trying to avoid it [surgery]... The idea to me is that surgery is a last resort and not a first resort. So, I'm trying some other things.. I'm a little kooky, people know me.. I'm gonna try some other things first before going under the knife... If I had to guess right now, I would say it's 50/50 if I'll ever (wrestle again). And you know what, I'm okay with that. I loved the time I got to spend doing this, but I also love what I'm doing now, so."
Moreover, Danielson has also said that he will be ready to do whatever Tony Khan asks him to until his in-ring return. Only time will tell what the future holds for the former AEW World Champion.
