The new four pillars of AEW in 2025

Since its inception in 2019, AEW has steadily progressed and built up its roster. The company's foundation was strengthened by four professional wrestlers, known as the pillars of All Elite Wrestling.

These four stars were MJF, Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara, and Jungle Boy (now known as Jack Perry). However, the All Elite Wrestling roster has evolved significantly since then and new stars have emerged who could earn that spot in 2025.

In this article, we will examine those stars who could be AEW's new four pillars moving forward in 2025.

#4. Daniel Garcia

One of the youngest and most talented stars on AEW's roster, Daniel Garcia has more than proven his mettle in the ring and on the microphone. His matches and angles with Bryan Danielson have illuminated his capabilities and shown everyone that he's one to keep an eye on.

However, Garcia is yet to find his complete footing in All Elite Wrestling but the 26-year-old is poised to make his mark. There is some speculation that his contract would expire soon but Tony Khan won't let him go so easily and would want to strap a rocket to him.

Garcia has also used harsh words to allude to a recent feud with current AEW World Champion Jon Moxley. We'll have to wait and see if the two lock up and produce magic in 2025.

#3. Toni Storm

Toni Storm proved how valuable she was to the women's division in 2024 as she played her "Timeless" gimmick to a tee. The former AEW Women's World Champion also helped make a certified star out of Mariah May with their storyline and feud last year.

The Timeless star has now returned with some sort of Insomnia in her rockstar persona as an inexperienced rookie in All Elite Wrestling. Many fans believe that Storm would give this character her all, too, and she seems to be enjoying herself a lot while she does it.

It's only deserving then that Toni Storm should take that spot in the four pillars as we move into 2025, as she's leveled up the women's division significantly.

#2. Will Ospreay

Will Ospreay has officially been in AEW for a little over a year now, but The Aerial Assasin has established himself as its top star for this generation. Ospreay has managed to push himself to the top of the mountain because of his excellent in-ring ability and storytelling within his matches.

His match against Bryan Danielson at AEW Dynasty has also been hailed as one of the greatest matches in professional wrestling history. Will Ospreay makes you believe that he will stick with the company and raise its banner and worth by putting on a showcase every time he enters the ring with someone.

Even though the former NJPW star has yet to win a championship in All Elite Wrestling, we're sure that a major title will be in his future sometime soon, if not this year.

#1. Darby Allin is the only star who retains his AEW pillar status

Coming in as the only one to retain his spot as an AEW pillar on our list, Darby Allin has proved that he's meant to be the company's breakout star. The former TNT Champion has captured the hearts of fans with his daredevil style, throwing caution to the wind for the sake of entertainment.

Darby Allin has an aura much like a prime Jeff Hardy from the 2000s due in part to his risky, high-flying moves. So, once you spot the resemblance, you can see why fans gravitate towards him. His close partnership with Sting has also benefited him by making him a beloved babyface who has never lost his edge.

Even though Darby was recently taken out by Jon Moxley and his crew of Death Riders to write him off TV, we're sure the crowd will erupt once he eventually returns in 2025. We're also quite confident that he will get a world title shot soon.
