Top AEW star to make huge WWE return and join Wyatt Sicks after Triple H hires him back? Analyzing the possibility

A top AEW star could be heading back to WWE after his contract expires and the possibility of him joining The Wyat Sicks is on the table. The name in question is none other than Malakai Black.

The Dutch Destroyer was released from WWE in 2021 and joined AEW in the same year. However, some recent reports have revealed that Malakai Black's contract is set to expire in early 2025 and he had previously shown interest in returning to the Stamford-based promotion after Triple H took over.

Malakai Black worked under Triple H when he was on the NXT brand as Aleister Black. The veteran had a great run on the Black and Gold brand and managed to capture the NXT Championship after defeating Andrade at NXT Takeover: New Orleans.

A return to WWE could become a possibility after his contract expiration and Malakai Black's character has similarities to The Wyatt Sicks' dark persona. Triple H could pair him with the group and Black could introduce a unique character to match with the likes of Joe Gacy, Erick Rowan, Nikki Cross, Dexter Lumis, and Uncle Howdy.

Bray Wyatt's close friend recalls Wyatt Sicks' WWE debut

The Wyatt Sicks led by Uncle Howdy made their debut a couple of months ago on Monday Night RAW. The faction targeted Chad Gable and had some great matchups against American Made. Wyatt Sicks won the feud after defeating American Made in a six-person Street Fight a couple of weeks ago on RAW.

In a recent interview with Metro's Alistair McGeorge, Bray Wyatt's close friend Jason Baker recalled being a part of The Wyatt Sicks' debut. He revealed that the Head of Creative, Triple H, came in earlier and instructed everyone on how the segment was going to be booked.

"Let me think of the best way to say this without getting in trouble. It was amazing being part of a night where WWE was firing on all cylinders. We had that whole thing set up in like, 15 minutes. Paul [Levesque, Triple H] came in earlier that day and was like, 'This is what we should do.' And everybody was like, 'Yes, sir, we’re going to do it and it,'" he said.

Bo Dallas has been teasing the group's next target through cryptic QR Codes. It will be interesting to see which star The Wyatt Sicks go after next.
