Micah Parsons calls out ESPN’s top 10 edge rushers voters for ranking him at No. 7: "Mf can't fwm"

Dallas Cowboys edge rusher Micah Parsons is one of the best edge rushers/linebackers in the NFL today. Recently, he came in at No. 3 on ESPN's top-10 pass rushers entering the 2024 season.

Parsons' highest ranking saw him voted as No. 1, and his lowest ranking saw him at No. 7, which landed him No. 3 on the list. He was also the third-best pass rusher by ESPN heading into last season.

Parsons, being as confident about himself as any athlete can be, wasn't feeling ESPN's list. He also believes he was double-teamed way more than the 167 times that ESPN accounted for.

Here is Parson's response to him being ranked as the No. 3 pass rusher heading into the 2024 season by ESPN:

"There no way it was 167 double teams ! Maybe 500! Mf can’t fwm man! It’s up this year on mommas! 2 weeks!"

Rankings aside, Parsons has become an elite-level pass rusher since entering the NFL in 2021. He was named the 2021 Defensive Rookie of the Year while making the Pro Bowl and being named a First-Team All-Pro.

Parsons followed up the next season making the Pro Bowl again and Second-Team All-Pro. This past season, he set a career-high in sacks with 14, making his third-straight Pro Bowl and All-Pro selection. The Cowboys picked up his fifth-year option this offseason.

Dallas Cowboys edge rusher Micah Parsons has been having a big offseason.

It started with Parsons participating in the NBA Celebrity All-Star Game and was named the MVP.

After shining in the 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend, Parsons inked a big deal with Bleacher Report. While Parsons hosts his own podcast on YouTube, titled, "The Edge with Micah Parsons," Warner Bros. Discovery's digital sports outlet named Parsons the president of their football platform, B/R Gridiron.

Parsons became the first active pro athlete to hold a leadership position for a sports media company. He will work on B/R's content strategy on launching new shows and programs.

“Working with Bleacher Report on ‘The Edge’ has given me the desire to want to share my view of the game even more,” Parsons said via variety.com.

Parsons will be gearing up for season four with the Dallas Cowboys this year and will look to continue being one of the best pass rushers in the NFL. Only he and Reggie White started their careers with at least 13 sacks in each of their first three seasons in the league.
