Chapter 431 centers around the celebration at the restaurant with Class 1-A gathering in honor of Shoto's ranking at number 2 on the Hero Billboard Chart. He is now known as the Air Conditioning Hero: Shoto. His personality is still effortlessly amusing; he takes Denki's words at face value.
