Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 10 anime vs. manga comparison

With the release of Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 10, the anime finally showcased the remainder of the fight between Mayuri Kurotsuchi and Pernida Parnkgjas. While the anime episode pretty much featured a one-to-one adaptation from the manga, some extra scenes were added at the end to set up the next batch of fights.

The anime episode saw Nemu and Mayuri teaming up against Pernida. However, just as Nemu took it upon herself to fight the Quincy, she was defeated. Fortunately, this development allowed Kurotsuchi to defeat the Soul King's left arm. Right after, the anime saw Toshiro and Rangiku make their return.

As Bleach manga readers would know, the series never really showcased Giselle and Liltotto's fight against Yhwach. Instead, the manga only showed fans a glimpse of the two Quincy being killed by the Quincy King.

However, the anime has taken a completely different route as the episode's after-credit scene showed fans a scene of Liltotto and Giselle infiltrating Yhwach's castle. There, they were confronted by Yhwach's soldiers, who from their appearance seemed like clones conjured by the Father of the Quincy.

In addition, the manga never really showed what happened to Bambietta Basterbine, Candice Catnipp, and Meninas McAllon. However, Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 10 revealed that the three Quincy were turned into zombies by Giselle Gewelle for the fight against Yhwach.

The anime episode switched scenes just as the fight began. With that, fans can hope to witness the rest of the fight in the upcoming episodes.

As fans must have noticed, Bazz-B's confrontation with Jugram Haschwalth was changed in the anime. The manga saw Jugram speaking to one of his subordinates about Ishida Uryu's location. Just then, Bazz-B stabbed the Quincy footsoldier and confronted Jugram for a fight.

However, this scene was modified by Pierrot Films in the anime. Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 10 saw Jugram Haschwalth wonder what Ishida Uryu was doing at Ain Ast. Right after, he asked his four foot soldiers to keep an eye on him. Just as the Quincy footsoldiers prepared to leave, they were killed by a barrage of attacks launched by Bazz-B.

The exchange that followed remained the same as in the manga. Jugram Haschwalth asked Bazz-B what was he doing at Yhwach castle. In return, Bazz-B corrected him, stating that Jugram should instead wonder how he managed to survive, hinting at the Sternritter Grandmaster's betrayal. With that, the anime hinted at a fight between the two Quincies,
