Dragon Ball Daima episode 9: Goku and Supreme Kai reunite with Vegeta and Co as the new "Majin Buu" appears

With the release of Dragon Ball Daima episode 9, the anime saw both Goku and Vegeta's groups deal with thieves. While two Majin stole Goku and Co's three-star dragon ball, a group of Majin stole Vegeta and Co's aircraft. Fortunately, both groups succeeded in retrieving their stolen items.

The previous episode saw Son Goku defeat Tamagami Three and attain the Three-Star Dragon Ball. Elsewhere, Arinsu conspired to create a new Majin Buu and become the Supreme Demon King of the Demon Realm. For this, she collected a fragment of Majin Buu and met a powerful witch named Marba.

Dragon Ball Daima episode 9: Majin Kuu receives his first mission

Dragon Ball Daima episode 9, titled Thieves, opened with Goku and Co traveling to Warp-sama's location. But with everyone tired, the group decided to spend the night at a hotel. The one thing they needed to make sure of was that no one recognized Goku. Hence, Panzy forced him to wear a bear hat. However, moments after the group entered a hotel, Goku let his guard down, allowing two thieves to identify him.

Sometime later, the two thieves executed a planned heist. One of them distracted Goku and Co, while the other stole the Dragon Ball. Fortunately, Panzy had put a tracker on the bag, allowing the group to locate the thieves and retrieve the Dragon Ball. The group stayed the night at the hotel and continued their journey the next day.

Elsewhere, just as Bulma, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Hybis were about to continue their journey to Warp-sama, they realized that their aircraft had gotten stolen. Apparently, Vegeta had fought a group of Majin bandits the previous night. Hence, they had stolen the aircraft as revenge.

With no other mode of transport, Vegeta and Co were forced to wait for Son Goku and Co, hoping they would get a ride. While the two groups did meet, Goku's group could not give Vegeta's group a ride due to their luggage. However, Panzy assured them she would have her father King Kadan arrange a new vehicle for them.

Just as Goku and Co left for the Second Demon Realm, the Majin thieves from the previous night arrived to fight Vegeta. As expected Vegeta and Piccolo defeated the Majin and located their aircraft.

Elsewhere, Arinsu and Marba continued their effort to create a new Majin similar to Buu. This process saw Marba use Majin Buu's fragment and a Saibaman seed. Upon completion of the process, Arinsu and Marba managed to create the new "Majin Buu," Majin Kuu. However, unlike the previous antagonist, Majin Kuu showed obedience to his master.

With that, the anime saw Arinsu ask Majin Kuu to go fight Tamagami Number One and collect the One-Star Dragon Ball.
