Crunchyroll confirms Winter 2025 anime season lineup and full schedule

Friday, December 13, 2024, saw Crunchyroll announce its full lineup for the 2025 Winter anime broadcast season, as well as the full schedule of when each show will come to the platform. As always, those series that will be getting dubs in other languages were also revealed, but this only applies to a select few series.

Crunchyroll is home to some notable powerhouses, such as the returning The Apothecary Diaries anime for its second season, the first leg of Dr. Stone’s final season, and more. There are also some titles that are listed as continuing on from the Fall 2024 anime season, as well as additional titles that are listed as “coming soon” to be updated later.

Crunchyroll’s Winter 2025 season includes Re:ZERO season 3’s second half, Solo Leveling season 2, and more

Per the currently available information, Crunchyroll’s Winter 2025 anime broadcast season will run from Tuesday, December 31, 2024, through Wednesday, February 5, 2025. The latter, outlier date is representative of Re:ZERO season 3’s second half, officially called the Counterattack Arc. Excluding this outlier, the ending date for the series currently listed with release information would be Sunday, January 12, 2025.

While this is the full list of titles and release dates as of this article’s writing, there are several other titles coming to the platform listed as “coming soon.” This includes Solo Leveling season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-, Blue Exorcist: The Blue Night Saga, and Even Given The Worthless “Appraiser” Class, I’m Actually the Strongest (premieres in Japan on January 9, 2025).

Solo Leveling’s second season will have dubs in English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Italian, and Castilian Spanish. Blue Exorcist’s new season will have dubs in French and German, while the lattermost series is not announced for any alternate language dubs as of this article’s writing.

Several series are also continuing from the Fall 2024 season. This includes A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School!, Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister, Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Disturbance, TRILLION GAME, One Piece Log: Fish-Man Island Saga, Case Closed (Detective Conan), Blue Miburo, Wonderful Precure!, and Shangri-La Frontier’s second season.
