The main poster for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Madness features Rebecca and her brother Pillar (the supporting characters from Cyberpunk Edgerunners anime) with some new characters in the background.

The manga series will be written by Bartosz Sztybor, one of the story writers of the series' anime, and illustrated by Asano (illustrator for BNA). The manga is set to be released on Comic Alive+, a Japanese manga website, famous for publishing series like Non Non Biyori and No Game No Life.

The synopsis, as revealed by the production company Kadokawa, indicates that the story of this prequel manga series will be centered around Rebecca and her brother Pillar.

The manga will showcase their upbringings and what conditions led to them constructing their dreams. Moreover, the synopsis also revealed a new character named Safran, presumably the blond-haired one in the manga's poster, who will drive everyone into madness.

Conclusion

Despite being a supporting character, Rebecca was one of the fan-favorite characters from the anime series given her energetic personality. As she would be in the spotlight in the prequel manga series, it might be interesting to see how she became what she was in the anime and what events led to her becoming a part of Maine's gang where she met the protagonist, David.
